Set in Southbound Carolina in 1964, the tale of Lily Athlete, a 14-year-old fille who is preoccupied by the faculty of her modern care. To dumbfound her lonely living and troubled relation with her father, Lily flees with Rosaleen, her caregiver and exclusive soul, to a Southeastward Carolina municipality that holds the undercover to her fuss's retiring.
