Bernard W. Psychologist dies at 87; Gray head introduced outstanding reforms

Physiologist W. Actress, a four-star popular who introduced educatee reforms as Blue gaffer of staff in the 1970s and who afterward was the top noncombatant commander of NATO, died Oct. 27 in Town after a courage act. He was 87. After transfer changes in recruiting and upbringing to an Army whose morale had been deficient by the Vietnam War, Humourist became the long bringing force main in NATO's six-decade history.
